My Top 5: Revlon Color Charge
Recently, Revlon invited me on super yacht for the opening night of Vivid Sydney to launch their new Color Charge collection. It was an absolutely magical event and I got to meet up with some bloggers I've admired for years.
But most importantly, I got to try out the new limited edition Color Charge collection, I've been playing with the products over the last few weeks and I've put together five products you absolutely cannot miss out on.
1. Revlon Color Charge Lip Powder Palettes
You may have seen lip powders pop up from brands like Tom Ford and Nars, originating Korea this KBeauty trend has been making its way into western brands collections recently and Revlon's version is just as good as any other I've tried.
The quality on these is up there with the high end brands, plus it's just a really fun product! Super easy to apply you can use your finger or a brush to tap the powder on over a lipstick to transform it to a metallic that won't budge all night.
2. Revlon Color Charge Liquid Illuminator
I've probably used the Color Charge Liquid Illuminator the most since getting these products, it is a beautiful soft gold colour that would work on light to medium skin tones. This isn't an in-your-face, see it from space highlighter, it gives you a stunning from with-in kind of glow. I've used this on top of foundation like a usual liquid highlighter or mixed in to give your foundation a bit of oomph.
3. Revlon Color Charge Loose Pigment
The loose pigments are a brand new product for Revlon and definitely a standout from this collection. I got four shades and I really enjoy all of them. But the one I've gone back to the most is the shade Holographic, it's a beautiful pink iridescent shade. I love it on the inner corner, or in the centre of the lid and I've also used it on top of the liquid illuminator to kick my highlight up a notch.
4. Revlon Color Charge Super Lustrous Lipstick
Revlon make some of the best lip products on the market and these Super Lustrous lipsticks are no exception. My favourite shades are Blank Canvas, Pure Red Matte and Fierce Fuchia. These lipsticks are extremely pigmented and look fantastic on their own but also work perfectly as a base for the lip powder palettes.
5. Revlon Color Charge Highlighter
Can you tell I'm a little obsessed with highlighters? Another favourite from this collection is the powder highlighter. It's a really pretty shade that again gives more of a stubble glow that looks really natural. You can layer this on-top of the liquid illuminator to amp up the glow or lightly dust it all over your face mixed with face powder to give you a really luminous look.
