My Top 5: Priceline Beauty Sale

My Top 5: Priceline Beauty Sale

I am a huge fan of 'drugstore' or pharmacy makeup as we call it here in Australia. When people ask me for product recommendations and I give them a drugstore option, they're often surprised when I say I prefer them over the more luxe options. The truth is you don't need to spend a ton of money to get great quality products and the best time to shop is during a sale.

Priceline has massive 50% off cosmetics from Tuesday the 31st of July through Thursday the 2nd of August and I wanted to share my absolute must-have drugstore products.

1. L'Oreal Lash Paradise $12.50 (Usually $24.95)

L'oreal Paradise Mascara

This is hands down my all-time favourite mascara. It's the perfect black, it defines, lengthens, thickens lashes and best of all it holds a curl. L'Oreal Paradise Mascara performs better than most high-end mascara's I've tried and I will be picking up backups come sale time.

2. Maybelline Age-rewind Concealer $9.50 (Usually $18.95)

Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer

I have lots of hyped concealers, Tarte Shape Tape, Nars Radiant Creamy and I always go back to Maybelline Age Rewind. This concealer blends beautifully on the skin, it's not too heavy, it cancels out dark circles and doesn't sink into fine lines.

3. Revlon Kiss Plumping Lip Creme $10 (Usually $19.95)

Revlon Kiss Plumping Lip Creme

This lip gloss from Revlon is a new discovery for me, but I really like it. I'm not a huge gloss person. But these glosses have great pigment and do plump your lips without tingling, you can wear it on its own or over the top of your favourite lipstick.

4. Maybelline City Mini Palettes $10 (Usually $19.95)

Maybelline City Mini Palettes

If you looking for a new eyeshadow palette look no further than Maybelline's city mini palettes. The formula on these palettes is top notch, they have a nice mix of mattes and shimmers, the colour stories are great my personal favourite is the Chill Brunch Neutrals (pictured).

5. Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder $6 (Usually $11.95)

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder

The Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder is a must have, again this is one of those products that I feel works as well if not better than some luxury options. I would consider this blotting powder and it's amazing at controlling oil and shine.
