ColourPop X Disney Designer

Not only will you now be able to purchase makeup inspired by your favourite Disney Princesses, it won’t cost a kings ransom as ColourPop are one of the best in business when it comes to delivering high quality, low cost cosmetics.

Available on the ColourPop website and ShopDisney.com from September 28th the collection includes a 15 pan eyeshadow palette, six super shock shadows, two super shock highlighter, three lipglosses and six creme lux lipsticks.

The aptly titled It’s A Princess Thing palette (US$20) has a variety of textures from mattes to metallics and duo chromes in soft romantic shades including Chip a matte soft beige nude, Juju a matte warm rosy pink, Grumpy a matte dusty salmon, Triton a sand with a golden sheen, Abu a matte intense warm brown, Prince Charming a ivory pearl with a green duochrome, Ray a metallic champagne, Fairy Godmother a metallic bright coral, One Kiss? a metallic bright coppery gold, Thingamabob a vibrant metallic silver, Enchanted Rose a rich metallic rose, Poison Apple a metallic pinky violet, Magic Carpet a blackened plum, Beast a deep warm brown topped with gold glitter and Midnight Curfew a black sprinkled with silver glitter.

The six super shock shadows (US$5) each align to a song from a specific film, they include High-Ho an ivory pearl sprinkled with multi-dimensional glitter (Snow White), Under The Sea a bright seafoam green with a golden sheen (The Little Mermaid), Almost there a deep bronze drenched with silver glitter (The Princess and the Frog), Be Our Guest a berry pink with a blue and violet sheen (Beauty and the Beast), A Whole New World a icy lavender with pink, silver, and baby blue glitter (Aladdin) and So This Is Love a soft pink with a frosted finish (Cinderella).

Much like the super shock shadows, the creme lux lipsticks (US$7) are each named and designed to fit with a specific princesses aesthetic. Tiana is a deep oxblood red, Jasmine is a vibrant hot pink, Snow White is a candy apple red, Belle is a rosy berry, Cinderella is a true blue pink and Ariel is a peachy beige nude.

Rounding out the collection are two super shock highlighters (US$8) Part Of Your World is a soft silvery pink and A Smile And A Song which is a light gold. Last but not least are the Lip Glosses which may have my favourite names of the whole collection Bibbidi a clear gloss with a golden sheen, Bobbidi a soft coral and Boo a warm rose.

The collection will be available to buy individually or as a set including the PR kit for US$120, the entire collection for US$110
